This role is responsible for coordinating on-site testing execution, supervising vendors and third-party testing teams, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and supporting successful project delivery and acceptance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data center commissioning, testing and validation processes, or mission-critical infrastructure environments, with strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, and fire protection systems. Key Responsibilities On-Site Testing & Validation Management Coordinate vendors, contractors, and third-party testing teams during on-site testing and commissioning activities. Supervise execution of test plans and validation procedures, ensuring complete coverage of technical requirements, project specifications, and contractual commitments. Track testing progress and ensure timely completion of commissioning, validation, and acceptance activities. Coordinate resources and support rapid resolution of on-site technical issues, abnormalities, and operational risks. Ensure testing activities comply with safety standards, quality requirements, EHS policies, and customer delivery expectations. Support successful project acceptance and handover processes. FAT & Quality Control Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for key equipment and critical systems, executing standard inspection and validation checklists. Inspect and verify key quality control points, including electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance, and system functionality. Conduct project implementation quality inspections and identify project risks proactively during testing and deployment phases. Track corrective actions and ensure identified issues are resolved and closed in a timely manner. Support implementation of quality assurance and operational compliance processes across project activities. Technical Documentation Review Review supplier and vendor technical documentation, including: Bills of Materials (BOM) Technical drawings Test reports Compliance certificates Validation and commissioning records Ensure submitted documentation complies with project design specifications, technical standards, and industry best practices. Assist with preparation and organization of project acceptance documentation and testing evidence records. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP, Facilities Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in data center commissioning, testing and validation, infrastructure acceptance, or mission-critical facility operations. Familiarity with testing and validation processes for data center electrical systems, HVAC systems, low-voltage systems, and fire protection systems. Ability to review test plans, testing methods, inspection procedures, and technical reports. Strong understanding of quality management, project schedules, safety standards, and EHS requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to independently review English technical documentation and communicate with vendors and project teams. Preferred Experience supporting hyperscale or international data center projects. Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance standards for mission-critical infrastructure. Chinese language capability is considered a plus. Experience working with multinational vendors, contractors, and project teams. Knowledge of data center operational environments and critical infrastructure systems. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30%-50% of the time based on project requirements. Primary travel regions include countries across the Americas and Europe.
