Manufacturing ERP Administrator Reports to:

Position Summary The Manufacturing ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of Paneltronics' ERP and manufacturing business systems. This role serves as the primary technical and functional resource for the company's ERP platform, supporting manufacturing operations, production scheduling, inventory control, engineering, purchasing, and financial workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP administration experience with manufacturing process knowledge and technical expertise in SQL Server, reporting, business systems integration, and operational analysis. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, system reliability, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities ERP Administration & Manufacturing Systems Support Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for INFOR Visual Enterprise (VE) and
ALEXYS TEAM
(TEAM) systems. Support daily ERP operations across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, engineering, and accounting functions. Configure, maintain, and improve ERP workflows, business rules, and operational processes. Collaborate with department leaders to identify process improvements and system enhancement opportunities. Support and maintain integration between VE, TEAM, VCRM, DS, and other business applications. Maintain legacy scheduling functionality and manufacturing planning processes integrated with VE. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, user errors, and transaction discrepancies. Monitor ERP system performance, data integrity, and application reliability. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and operational analytics for management and production teams. Conduct workflow analysis and recommend system-driven process improvements. Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management initiatives. Train end users on ERP functionality, best practices, and operational procedures. Maintain software licensing compliance and user access/security controls. Manufacturing Process & Operational Support Support production scheduling, work order management, inventory transactions, BOM structures, and manufacturing data accuracy. Work closely with operations, engineering, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives. Analyze operational data to support production efficiency, inventory management, and decision-making. Assist in developing standardized procedures and documentation for ERP-related processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing environment. SQL & Reporting Administration Maintain and support Microsoft SQL Server databases associated with ERP and manufacturing systems. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reporting tools. Support data integration, reporting automation, and performance optimization initiatives. Create reporting and test environments for development and operational support. Ensure database backup, recovery, and data integrity processes are properly maintained. Qualifications Technical Skills Extensive hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably INFOR Visual Enterprise. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, inventory control, and scheduling processes. Experience supporting ERP implementations, integrations, and process improvements. Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, views, and database maintenance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP reporting tools and operational analytics. Familiarity with business systems integrations and manufacturing data structures. Understanding of database design, relational data concepts, and system security practices. Experience with application support, scripting, or ERP customization is a plus. Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and user support skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, accounting, and leadership teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. Experience & Education Minimum of 5 years of ERP administration or ERP systems support experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting SQL Server databases and reporting systems. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field preferred.
