JUNIOR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Salesforce Administrator supports the day-to-day operations, user support, and ongoing improvement of the Salesforce environment at One More Child. This role assists with user management, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and basic configuration tasks while learning and expanding Salesforce platform knowledge. The Administrator works collaboratively with departments to support adoption, improve data quality, and help ensure Salesforce effectively supports organizational goals. During the organization's transition from Raiser's Edge to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), this position will also provide operational support for Raiser's Edge, reporting, assist with data validation and migration activities, and help departments adapt business processes within the new CRM environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Provide day-to-day support for both Salesforce NPSP and Raiser's Edge during the CRM transition period. Assist with data migration preparation, validation, cleanup, and testing between Raiser's Edge and Salesforce. Support users with legacy Raiser's Edge processes while helping transition workflows into Salesforce. Assist with user and license administration, including user setup, deactivation, permissions, and profile maintenance. Respond to and resolve user support requests through Asana and other support channels. Support Salesforce configuration and maintenance activities, including: Fields and page layouts Reports and dashboards Record updates and data cleanup Workflow and automation support Build and maintain reports and dashboards for departments and programs. Support data integrity and data quality initiatives across the organization. Assist with gathering, documenting, and testing system requirements and enhancements. Help create user documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources. Support development and maintenance of user documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources to support user adoption and operational effectiveness. Maintain documentation for system processes, updates, and procedures. Assist with testing, deployment coordination, change tracking, and release documentation between sandbox and production environments. Continue developing Salesforce platform knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least three years' experience CRM or donor management systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or comparable platforms. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technology quickly. Salesforce Administrator certification or active pursuit of certification preferred. Proactive approach to platform improvements and user experience. Experience supporting end users, creating documentation, or conducting training preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Passion for learning Salesforce and improving business processes through technology.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) may be required on occasion.
