Job Description Compensation:
$100K
  • $125K annually We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team.
This role will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and development, be a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform. Build and enhance business process automation using Flows and other Salesforce automation tools. Write and optimize SOQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data management. Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity efforts. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and release management activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support to end users. Recommend best practices and continuous improvements across the Salesforce environment. Qualifications 2+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong Salesforce Administrator skills and platform knowledge. Hands-on experience with SOQL, Salesforce automation, and Flows. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce Pages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Experience with Litify, Asana, AWS, MuleSoft, and Tableau is a plus. Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. Paid Time Off:
All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for Paid Time Off. You will accrue a total of 3.08 hours per pay period for a total of two (2) weeks per year.
Health Benefits:
All employees who work 30 hours per week and above will be eligible for benefits starting on the 1st day of the month following their start date. The firm covers a fixed amount which typically covers 40
  • 65% of the employee premium, depending on the selected plan.
The medical insurance plans include options for national coverage and free mental health services. There are also dental plans (with unlimited coverage) and vision plans to choose from at the employee's expense.
Disability Benefits:
All employees who work 30 hours per week will have Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits, paid for by the firm.
Life Insurance:
For all employees who work 30 hours per week and above, the firm provides 1X earnings life insurance coverage paid for by the firm. In addition, you will receive a Firm paid accidental death and dismemberment benefit that matches your life insurance coverage. Supplemental insurance options include Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, Hospital Confinement Indemnity insurance, Term Life insurance, and Whole life insurance
Retirement:
All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for the 401(K) plan. After the employee completes one year of service, the firm will match 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2%, with immediate vesting.
