Full-time Full-time Job Overview:
Funderzgroup , a growing alternative business financing platform, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Salesforce. This is someone who can translate business financing workflows into scalable CRM solutions that drive revenue, efficiency, and data integrity. You will be the primary owner of Salesforce, responsible for administration, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of the platform. This role requires a strong understanding of business financing processes , including deal flow, underwriting, and funding operations, to ensure Salesforce aligns with core business needs. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Optimization (Primary Focus) Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. Design, build, and maintain Flows, automation, validation rules, and custom objects to support financing workflows. Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, funding metrics, and performance. Manage data integrity , including deduplication, imports, cleansing, and governance best practices. Implement and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., underwriting tools, payment platforms, marketing automation). Partner with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to continuously improve CRM processes. Train and support users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Business Process & Workflow Enablement Translate business financing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Optimize lead-to-funding lifecycle tracking , ensuring accurate pipeline management. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. Support reporting needs for finance and leadership teams, enabling data-driven decision-making. Data, Reporting & Analytics Build advanced reporting to track KPIs such as deal flow, approval rates, funding timelines, and revenue. Maintain clean, reliable datasets to support forecasting and operational insights. Collaborate with leadership to improve visibility into business performance. System Management (Light IT Exposure) Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Salesforce. Coordinate with external vendors for integrations and system enhancements as needed. Ensure adherence to data security best practices within Salesforce.
Qualifications & Experience:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) ; additional certifications are a plus. 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and reporting/dashboard creation . Experience with Apex or API integrations is a plus but not required. Direct experience in business financing, lending, or financial services (required). Strong understanding of CRM data structure, automation, and process optimization. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in alternative lending, merchant cash advance (MCA), or fintech environments . Familiarity with deal pipelines, underwriting workflows, and funding processes . Experience with third-party integrations and data tools. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
