The ideal candidate will possess experience in facilities maintenance and/or technical environments, along with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members. This role involves careful, precision hands-on work cleaning server rooms, network closets, data centers, and the computer equipment within them. Our objective is to maintain these spaces to the highest standards by removing dust, debris, and contaminants from sensitive equipment and infrastructure. Responsibilities Perform high-detail cleaning of IT equipment and infrastructure Use specialized HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment and precision tools to safely remove dust and contaminants from sensitive electronic systems Wipe hardware and equipment surfaces using safe, non-conductive, non-toxic cleaning solutions Work carefully around live/active equipment without disrupting operations Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure all equipment and surfaces are properly cleaned Arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and follow all site-specific protocols Be available for weekend work and occasional travel within Florida (up to ~4 hours, all expenses paid) Experience & Qualities Prior experience in IT environments, computer hardware, facilities maintenance, healthcare cleaning or specialized technical cleaning preferred Meticulous attention to detail and ability to check and correct own work Self-motivated, reliable, autonomous Team-oriented with a positive attitude Able to climb 3ft ladders, work in tight or confined spaces, stand for extended periods, work on hands and knees (kneepads provided) for extended periods, walk moderate distances. Able to perform moderate physical work, including lifting equipment and materials Basic proficiency in English Other Details This is a part-time position.
