Senior Salesforce Technical Lead Location:
Atlanta, GA Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and modernization of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a large-scale CRM environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Salesforce platform technologies, lead complex development initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Provide technical leadership to multiple Agile Scrum teams and oversee development best practices. Drive platform modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, and application performance improvements. Design scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and code quality standards across development teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps. Mentor junior and mid-level developers while establishing development standards and governance processes. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, integration, and data management best practices. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release management activities. Lead production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for critical business applications. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or serving as a Technical Lead. Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices. Experience designing scalable solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Console applications. Strong knowledge of Aura Components and Lightning framework architecture. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware solutions. Expertise in CI/CD, DevOps processes, Git-based version control, and automated deployment strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance models. Experience working in large-scale Agile and SAFe environments. Exposure to MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, or enterprise integration platforms.
