You'll learn everything you need to succeed, from physically installing and managing fiber optics to troubleshooting networking equipment.

What You'll Learn and Do:

How to install and test Cat 5e, Cat 6, and fiber optic cables in data center environments Set up and organize network equipment, including racks, patch panels, and cable enclosures Operate industry tools like VFLs, power meters, OTDRs, and Fluke testers (no prior experience necessary-we'll teach you) Collaborate with teams using industry-standard ticketing systems and workflows Comply with professional documentation practices and organizational policies

Who We're Looking For:

No prior experience is required. If you're passionate about networking and eager to learn, this is the role for you A basic understanding of telecommunications or computer networking is a plus but not required Strong interest in technology, cloud infrastructure, and data centers Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to pass a background check
