Data Center Service Delivery Manager:
Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all service streams. Own and manage critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts and leading stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews. Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery processes, procedures, and operational methodologies. Analyze internal and third-party processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive service delivery efficiencies. Establish, monitor, and report on service KPIs, using performance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and meet customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to support project success, operational excellence, and alignment with company objectives. Requirements for the
Data Center Service Delivery Manager:
Legally eligible to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in the technology and/or manufacturing industry.
