US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US As a Data Center Technician, you will work both independently and as part of a team to support critical infrastructure enviroment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to respond quickly to operational needs. You will be responsible for installing hardware, troubleshooting systems, maintaining documentation, and resolving issues within the data center. Key Success Factors 1+ years of relevant experience in computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT field Experience with Fiber, OTDR Testing, and Ethernet.

RFC/BERT/10GIG

Testing. Maintenance on Servers and Switches. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to independently resolve tickets and follow SOPs High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience using ticketing systems to manage tasks and priorities Experience working in a data center environment Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional/military experience in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, network engineering) Day to Day Install and maintain server racks and hardware components Perform break-fix repairs and troubleshoot hardware and network issues Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability and escalate when necessary Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors, etc.) Participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities Create and maintain documentation; contribute to process improvements Assist in training and onboarding new team members Our benefits package includes:
