6 Months contract (Temp to Perm) Work authorization: U.S. Citizen (USC) only.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Business Administrator for a 6-month temporary assignment with potential extension or conversion. This role supports Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud administration, marketing automation, data management, reporting, and user support across a complex organization. Key Responsibilities Administer Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems Build and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Studio Support email marketing, segmentation, and audience targeting Manage user access, roles, and system configuration Maintain data quality through audits and cleanup Create reports and dashboards for campaign performance Provide training, documentation, and user support Collaborate with marketing and business teams Requirements 3-5 years Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud experience Salesforce Administrator Certification required Experience with marketing automation and email campaigns Strong data, reporting, and communication skills
