Responsible for debugging ticketing issues (Upstream/Downstream) in the Production Support environment Be agile enough to escalate and involve relevant stakeholders to resolve the issue Monitor job failures, assess the impact and take necessary steps for recovery Collaborate with customers and internal teams for effective resolution of the issues/tickets Monitor and provide input until the issue is resolved Identify, support and resolve complex data-related issues Drive data-related projects, Transformation initiatives with customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams for effective resolutions of the issues/tickets Identify strong back ups who will be able to support in case of contingency Salary Range $120,000-$140,000Per year
