Job Description

Database Engineer [$190k/yr+]
TS/SCI-FS
Poly Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
  • Provide expert-level database engineering support across the full system lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
  • Analyze requirements and optimize data flow for complex systems in an Agile development environment.
  • Develop and maintain database schemas, parser software, and data loading solutions.
  • Administer and manage various database platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Leverage a range of scripting and programming languages including SQL/PLSQL, Javascript, Bash, Perl, Python, and Java.

Salary:
$190k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and implement robust database architectures and solutions.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis and define efficient data flow strategies.
  • Develop and maintain database schemas, including advanced
SQL/PLSQL
programming.
  • Create and optimize parser software for diverse data inputs.
  • Engineer and manage data loading software to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Administer and troubleshoot relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • expertise in various scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, and Javascript.
  • Develop and integrate software components using Java.
  • Conduct comprehensive software integration testing and general software testing.
  • Operate within a Linux environment, supporting complex system operations.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver high-quality database solutions.
  • Contribute to software architecture discussions and decisions.
