PL/SQL, REST
APIs, and front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data migration projects and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize database-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL Write efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and support web-based applications Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications Plan and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices Document technical designs, processes, and workflows
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle databases 19c or higher Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and relational database concepts Experience designing and integrating REST APIs Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proven experience in data migration projects and tools Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications A security-conscious engineer capable of implementing and maintaining end-to-end security measures across the entire stack Experience developing, testing, and debugging software components, and following formal change management processes to deploy solutions to production environments Ability to perform light Unix administration, including user access management, access lists and permissions, log analysis, system performance management, software updates, system performance monitoring, and shell scripting for automation tasks Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and Middleware (e.g., Tomcat) Experience with Oracle JSON and handling JSON data within the database Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration techniques Understanding of Agile development methodologies Experience with Perl and Python scripting

May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
