Job Description

MDM Developer - 100% onsite in Maryland General Experience The proposed candidate must have at least eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance. Eight-plus (8+) years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions with Informatica MDM . Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and master data management concepts. Hands-on experience with MDM tools, including data modeling, matching rules, survivorship rules, and hierarchies. Proficiency in

SQL, ETL

tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter), and data integration techniques. Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and scalability best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

experience Specialized Experience The proposed candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming. Key qualifications include strong project management skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to identify and resolve issues while adapting to changing circumstances. Significant experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders is essential Preferred qualifications include a technical background and experience in data and AI/ML projects. Education This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. (

A Master s degree is preferred.)
