Job Description

This is an onsite position in Glen Arm, MD. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. The Salesforce Administrator will be involved in all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD and sharing rules. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Sandbox environment management. Identify and gather business requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Proactive system maintenance including security reviews, release updates and health check recommendations. Resolve user support tickets. New user and ongoing user training, driving user adoption. Creating technical documentation where applicable. Working with integrated applications including or similar to Conga, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Geopointe, Duplicate Check and other App Exchange packages. Partner with consultants, Trailhead and Salesforce support, and the Salesforce user community for help and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud. Salesforce Administrator certification desired. Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience a plus. Business Process Management experience in designing scalable, best practice solutions. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. Experience with data management, import/export, cleansing of data using de-duping tools and data loader. Experience with Salesforce integrations such as ERP and VOIP systems and associated middleware a plus. Apex coding skills, ability to create and maintain triggers helpful. Experience with Epicor integration a big plus.
