12+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Consultant with strong Salesforce experience to lead enterprise modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience transforming legacy .NET/SQL Server applications into Salesforce solutions, redesigning business processes, and driving digital transformation through automation and AI. Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead business process reengineering and Salesforce modernization initiatives.
- Transform legacy applications into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Teams.
- Design solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Salesforce Flow, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven business improvements.
- Conduct workshops, define future-state business processes, and support organizational change management.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and business KPIs. Required Skills
- 10+ years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation experience.
- 5+ years leading Salesforce implementation or modernization projects.
- Strong experience converting legacy enterprise applications (.NET/SQL Server) into Salesforce solutions (Must Have).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flows, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
- Expertise in Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, Customer Journey Mapping, and Change Management.
- Understanding of .NET applications, SQL Server, Enterprise Integrations, and API-based architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Experience with AI-enabled business transformation and Federal Grants Management systems. Client''s Ideal Candidate
- Strong hands-on experience migrating legacy applications to Salesforce.
- Able to redesign business processes instead of simply replicating legacy systems.
- Experience driving automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Candidates located near Rockville, MD or Sterling, VA are highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working onsite.
