Job Description:
Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a public sector organization, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing a Salesforce-based platform, supporting system integrations, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Job Duties Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets Configure and enhance platform functionality through workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objects Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes Support integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using APIs and integration tools Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities across technical teams Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure operational stability Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user training materials SkillsRequired 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and Flow automation Proficiency with Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Experience managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality initiatives Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration methods, and connected applications Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a production environment Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience creating technical documentation and system support materials
