Job Description

2007 SaaS Platform Administrator Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, configuring, and supporting a Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, performance, and integration while providing advanced user support and driving continuous system improvements across departments. The ideal candidate possesses deep Salesforce administration expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Salesforce Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Support Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform. Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and system settings. Monitor platform reliability, performance, and security. Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot complex system issues. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls. Automation & Process Improvement Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through platform enhancements. Implement scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and requirements. Data Management & Reporting Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance standards. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders. Support data imports, exports, migrations, and cleanup initiatives. Integrations & Technical Solutions Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Utilize Salesforce APIs and integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams. Collaboration & Communication Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations and enhancements. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources. Deliver user training and promote Salesforce best practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce configuration and customization Workflow and process automation Data management and governance User administration and security management Reporting and dashboard development Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and APIs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within county or local government environments .
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Administrator Advanced Administrator Platform App Builder Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications Experience documenting business processes and technical solutions.
