Position Overview As we continue to expand our customer base and digital marketing initiatives, we are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to optimize and manage our CRM, marketing automation, and sales operations infrastructure. The HubSpot Administrator will serve as the primary owner of our HubSpot platform, ensuring the CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and sales enablement systems operate efficiently and effectively. This individual will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to improve lead management, customer engagement, reporting accuracy, and business processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, properties, lists, forms, and integrations. Maintain CRM data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data governance practices. Configure and optimize lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and customer segmentation. Support lead routing, sales pipelines, deal stages, and automation workflows. Collaborate with sales leadership to improve CRM adoption and sales processes. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase team productivity. Create executive-level dashboards and recurring performance reports. Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics. Track marketing attribution and campaign ROI. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Evaluate new HubSpot features and recommend enhancements. Document processes, workflows, and system configurations. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience. HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM, or related certifications preferred). Strong understanding of CRM management, marketing automation, and sales operations. Experience building workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and lead nurturing campaigns. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Experience in financial services, wealth management, alternative investments, or precious metals industries. Familiarity with lead generation and compliance requirements in regulated industries. Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration projects. Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, or other CRM/automation platforms.
