Job Description

ERP Manager (Tech-Focused)
Location:
Fenton, MI About the Role We're looking for an ERP Manager who enjoys digging into systems, solving problems, and making things work better and smarter. This role is a great fit for someone who's both technical and practical, someone who can keep our ERP running smoothly while also finding ways to improve how we use it every day. You'll work closely with teams across the business to make sure our systems support what people need—while also keeping everything stable, efficient, and reliable. What You'll Be Doing Keep our ERP system running day-to-day without hiccups Partner with teams like Finance and Operations to improve workflows and processes Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations Troubleshoot issues and find long-term solutions (not just quick fixes) Lead system upgrades, changes, and new initiatives Help improve how we manage and use our data We're especially looking for experience with: MS SQL Server Writing queries, building databases, and tuning performance Working with stored procedures and handling data efficiently SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) Building and deploying database projects Managing changes in a structured, organized way Power BI Creating dashboards people enjoy using Working with data models and DAX to turn data into insights VBScript Supporting scripting and automation Maintaining or improving existing processes and integrations Bonus Points If You Have Experience with an ERP system (any major platform is fine) A good understanding of business processes across departments Experience leading projects or system improvements What We're Looking For Someone who's curious and likes figuring things out A strong problem-solver who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves A good communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams Someone who's always thinking about how things can be better Why You'll Like It Here You'll have real influence on how systems evolve You'll work with a team that values collaboration and ideas You'll get to solve meaningful problems—not just maintain the status quo
