Programmer Analyst 3
Location:
Lansing, MI (Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote from Day 1)
Work Arrangement:
Local candidates strongly preferred (or willing to relocate at own expense)
Interview Process:
1st round via MS Teams (Video/Screen Share); 2nd round may be in-person. Role Overview We are seeking a senior-level Programmer Analyst to support the development and maintenance of Grants and Accounting applications. This role involves configuring educational grant applications, performing custom error checks, and creating SQL-based Analytical Reports to provide deep data insights. Strong SQL expertise and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Key Skills & Requirements Required Experience (Must Have):
Microsoft SQL Server:
3+ years of experience developing database systems.
Advanced SQL:
3+ years writing complex Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views . Microsoft .
NET:
3+ years of programming experience using C#.NET and/or VB.NET .
Collaboration:
3+ years working effectively within a team environment.
Communication:
Exceptional clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Highly Desired Experience (Nice to Have):
Grant Management Systems:
2+ years of experience with Federal, State, or Local grant systems.
Playwright:
1+ years of experience.
