Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration and operations.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Teamcenter NX and Siemens-related tools.
Understanding of Help Desk tools, trouble ticket tracking processes, and support agreements.
Proven ability to write excellent technical documentation.
Experience with automating workflows and data management processes.
