  • Full-time Kidwell is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Mission Critical (Data Center) Low Voltage Technician in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
After that commitment is completed, candidates must be willing to travel to other Data Center locations. You could earn between $183,000 and $225,000 per year by traveling with our company. These individuals should be team-oriented and bring a positive, honest, and detail-focused approach to their work. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. What You'll Do Assists and reports to Senior Cabling Technician in the installation and diagnostic maintenance of premise cabling equipment according to contract and customer needs Responsible for installation, termination, and testing of different copper or fiber optic low voltage cabling systems. Assist with installation of cable trays, racks, and other support structures May be responsible for grounding and bonding May be responsible for installation of network switches Learn and retain a basic working knowledge of company sales products Will work with Telecommunications Technicians and installers on projects as needed Do You Have What it Takes? Candidates preferably will possess a Bicsi Technician accreditation or equivalent or 4 years of experience Candidates must possess a current State of Apprentice License or apply for one upon employment This position offers a competitive salary with career development potential.
