Informatica coding and implementation: design and build mappings, mapplets, reusable transformations, workflows, sessions, parameter files, and deployment artifacts; implement error handling, logging, and restartabilit y.

Work with BAs to profile source data, define transformation logic, and validate outputs against business rule s.

Lead troubleshooting, root?cause analysis, & remediation for production incidents; implement preventive fixes & runbook s.
Coach developers on Informatica best practices, coding standards, unit testing, and performance tunin g.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for mappings, data models, interfaces, and downstream integration s.
Assist product owners and project managers in prioritizing enhancements, new development, and maintenance; estimate effort and contribute to release plannin g.
Assess ELT/modern data platforms (Databricks preferred), automation, and orchestration tools for fit and adoptio n.
Surface technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, & communicate status to technical & business stakeholder s.7+ years of experience leading developing Data Warehouse, data integration, or data engineering project s.
Proven leadership: history of owning deliverables and guiding teams to complete complex, time?boxed project s.
Strong Informatica expertise: extensive experience building and maintaining mappings, workflows, parameterization, reusable components, and deployment package s.
