Job Description:

Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. 1-3+ years of IT support, help desk, or field support experience. Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking. Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred). CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or similar certifications a plus. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A/V support experience a plus. Requirements Flexibility to support distribution center hours, including peak seasons, weekends, and overtime as needed. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including occasional use of scissor lifts and working at heights. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and troubleshoot physical hardware. Reliable transportation required.
