Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration Configure Salesforce using tools such as Flows, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts Manage Salesforce data, including importing, exporting, cleaning, and ensuring data accuracy Administer profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to maintain data security and compliance Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficient use of Salesforce Manage change requests, enhancements, and support tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar) Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce-related projects from start to finish Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Salesforce Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements User and License Management Administer user accounts and licenses for platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Adobe, Microsoft, and Mosyle. IT Support Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues for end-users efficiently. Assist with network administration tasks, including monitoring and maintaining network devices. Manage computers and peripherals, ensuring proper functionality and timely replacements or upgrades. Prerequisites/Requirements Salesforce Administration Experience User/Profile/Role setup Reporting/Dashboard creation DataLoader usage Strong skills in reporting and analytics, with knowledge of Tableau or Power BI being a plus. Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving approach. Preferred Skills Salesforce Administrator certification. Knowledge of SOQL and other Salesforce products or AppExchange applications. Experience with advanced analytics tools and business intelligence platforms. Google Workspace administration experience. Familiarity with network administration tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
