  • Overview
  • + OnePlan Administrator + Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Independently administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management + Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes + Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel based analytics for leadership and finance + Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities + Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts + Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements + Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices + Support cross tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable) •Required Qualifications•+ High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred + Minimum of 3-4+ years of OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience + Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices + Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ready messaging + Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders + Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
