Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the operational integrity of data center infrastructure, ensuring seamless network connectivity, hardware functionality, and security systems.
Duties :
Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments. Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling. Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures. Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements. Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems. Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identifypotential hardware or connectivity issues. Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 operations. Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with customers, vendors, partner teams, and internal stakeholders. #
