Night Shift Overview:
Responsible for monitoring and supporting critical data center infrastructure in a new facility. Role involves system monitoring, issue identification, and escalation in a high-availability environment.
Must Have Skills:
3+ years experience in critical environment (Data Center preferred) Knowledge of SCADA, BMS, or EMS systems Experience monitoring electrical and mechanical systems
Understanding of:
UPS systems PDUs Switchgear (medium & low voltage) Generators & transfer switches Battery systems HVAC systems (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves) Ability to monitor systems and escalate issues quickly Experience with inspections and real-time system checks Ability to work in 24/7 on-call environment Good communication skills Nice to
Have:
BMS experience HVAC/Electrical license or certification Safety experience in industrial environments
Soft Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure Team and independent working ability
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Software Skills:
Basic computer skills
