Job Description

Client has implemented PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 and 9.2 products. This will include HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time & Labor. Minimum Requirements 10+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM). PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience. Good knowledge and experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems. 5 years + solid experience for implementing and supporting User profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row level security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security, Department Tree security, People Tolls security, Process Group security, Query security, User preferences. Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions listed above based on defined users access requirements. Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security. Configure and maintain for HR, Payroll, Benefit modules different level of security. Maintain and define Peoplesoft 9.2 Fluid security. Migrate projects and security elements/objects into multiple different environments. Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later versions of the databases. Bachelor''''s degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment. Excellent technical documentation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and business oriented. Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end. Background The ERP HCM project requires unique PeopleSoft© design development for the creation of the enterprise HRMS application. Knowledge transfer will be included for continued support. Task Deliverable Configure, recommend and fix existing incorrect security definitions. Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security. Implement and support User profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row level security in 9.1 and 9.2, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security, Department Tree security, People Tolls security, Process Group security, Query security, User preferences, 9.2 Fluid security. Application userids, roles, privileges. Document and test assigned roles and associated security objects. Migrate and track PeopleSoft objects, projects migration requests to different environments. Provide product expertise and knowledge transfer to County technical resources. Work with the technical and functional staff to resolve technical issues. Work in a functional/technical capacity with a good understanding of business processes, relational databases and PeopleSoft table structures with emphasis on core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll and Time & Labor.
