Oracle DBA

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle DBA with deep expertise in Oracle GoldenGate to manage, optimize, and scale our mission-critical database environments. You will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 availability, high performance, and seamless real-time data synchronization across hybrid cloud and on-premise architectures. The ideal candidate acts as a subject matter expert in replication topologies and database internals. Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle RDBMS (12c, 19c, and 21c) across Single Instance and RAC environments. Proactively monitor and tune databases using AWR, ADDM, and ASH reports. Optimize complex SQL queries and manage execution plans. Design and maintain Oracle Data Guard (Physical/Logical) for disaster recovery and high availability. Implement robust recovery strategies using RMAN , ensuring Zero Data Loss (ZDLRA) where applicable. Design and implement GoldenGate topologies (Uni-directional, Bi-directional, Hub-and-Spoke). Configure Inte grated Capture , Delivery (Replicat), and Coordinated/Parallel Replicat processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate Microservices Architecture (MA) and classic architecture. Use Veridata to identify and resolve data out-of-sync issues between source and target. Resolve lag issues, troubleshoot discard files, and manage trail file purges. Implement TDE (Transparent Data Encryption), Data Vault, and regular security patching (CPU/PSU). Manage Oracle databases on cloud platforms (OCI, AWS RDS/EC2, or Azure). Handle migrations from on-prem to cloud using GoldenGate for near-zero downtime.
