Job Description
Review Salesforce records for completeness, accuracy, and consistencyIdentify and correct duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate recordsValidate account, contact, lead, opportunity, and related data fieldsStandardize naming conventions, field formats, and data entry practicesConduct routine data audits and support ongoing data hygiene effortsImport, update, and maintain records using Salesforce tools and spreadsheets as neededWork with internal stakeholders to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issuesDocument data cleaning procedures and recommend process improvementsHelp maintain data quality standards and support best practices for CRM usageGenerate basic reports to track cleanup progress and data quality trends
