SQL .NET
Developer to join one of our clients in downtown Cincinnati. As aSQL/.NET
developer you will be a part of our Investment IT team. You will be responsible for providing technology expertise in evaluating, implementing and supporting applications, integrations and data platforms of our investment business thereby helping the organization manage industry leading investment strategies. In this role you will leverage your SQL, .NET and business knowledge to manage front, middle and back office business applications. Additional responsibilities include documenting best practices and triaging support issues with an eye toward determining root cause and preventing future problems. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to research and use new tools as our dynamic team implements the next generation of our client. This is a great opportunity if you are a passionate developer who is solutions focused and looks for opportunities instead of problems; someone who's willing to hustle, get in the weeds and will not rest until the job is done or the problem is solved. Qualified candidates will have either a strong technical analysis or development background with a desire to learn the systems and the investment business. Our core IT team enables the investment businesses to produce investment returns effectively and efficiently. It is a great time to join the team as the business and IT team is going through a data transformation program to streamline data flow across applications and systems by building a hub-and-spoke architecture. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues end-to-end, with experience identifying root causes, improving processes, and documenting best practices.
- Understanding of business applications and data flow (front, middle, and back office), with a willingness to learn the investment domain and contribute to data transformation initiative - Experience working with Azure
