Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Database Administrator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database systems, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain database systems. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure data integrity and security. Develop and implement backup and recovery plans. Collaborate with other IT team members to support application development. Provide technical support and training to users. Document database configurations and procedures. Stay updated on database technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in database administration. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with cloud database solutions is a plus.
