Job Description
The
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily ERP/WMS administration, including configurations, user access, security, and system performance.
Support core operational processes (inventory, purchasing, order management, warehouse operations) and identify system improvements that drive efficiency.
Collaborate with business units to document workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into system enhancements.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL or BI tools; ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Lead or support system upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management efforts.
Provide end‑user support, training, documentation, and serve as liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors.

Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the organization's enterprise systems to ensure accurate data flow, efficient operations, and reliable reporting.
