AM Key Responsibilities:
Install, rack, and cable network and server equipment. Support infrastructure deployment and bring systems online. Perform basic troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and equipment maintenance. Work with technicians, vendors, and engineers to support daily data center operations. Monitor critical facility systems and ensure operational reliability. Follow safety procedures and maintain inventory and equipment records.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, Military Training, or relevant hands-on experience. 0-2 years of experience in data center s, IT support, cabling, warehousing, infrastructure deployment, or related fields. Comfortable using laptops and technical tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on 6-foot ladders.
