Job Summary:
Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician II to join their team. As a Data Center Technician II, you will be part of the operations support team supporting critical data center functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

30/hr What's the Job? Serve as a primary resolver for hardware infrastructure issues within the data center environment. Perform hardware replacements, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. Support and share knowledge of server hardware, networking, and storage devices with team members. Follow security protocols, including metal detection screening, and adhere to safety standards. Document work activities and manage priorities through a ticketing system to meet operational goals. What's Needed? US Citizen is required High school diploma or equivalent. Networking knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP (2+ years). Experience with server hardware and Linux operating systems (2+ years). Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs.
