What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will be the primary guardian of data integrity and system performance for the Trimble Viewpoint product suite, directly influencing the operational success of major construction projects and shaping the efficiency of cloud-deployed building technologies.

Key Exciting Responsibilities Mastermind SQL data manipulation, troubleshooting, and complex performance tuning in cloud environments. Solve high-stakes technical mysteries, including data inconsistencies and application errors, while working directly with customers to resolve critical live issues. Collaborate with engineering to implement performance optimizations and monitor production environments for sustainable, high-speed operation. Champion knowledge sharing by developing technical articles and documenting innovative troubleshooting steps for a global audience. Spearhead software migrations and upgrades, guiding customers through technical transformations to keep their businesses at the cutting edge. Essential Skills & Experience Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures. Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services, Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting. Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts in AWS or Azure. Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a talent for clear, professional customer communication. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support.
