Job Description Day‑to‑Day
  • Troubleshooting and repairing servers
  • Hardware diagnostics and component replacement
  • Working tickets for incident management
  • Supporting project and capacity work

  • Some IT experience is required (cannot be zero) ○ Internship, student, in school, or desktop support all count
  • 0-1+ years of IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support preferred)
  • Experience working in a ticketing system
  • Basic OS knowledge (Linux preferred)
  • High‑level understanding of networking, storage, or scripting
  • Able to lift ~35 lbs
  • Comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment
  • Prior data center experience (enterprise‑scale is a plus, not required)
