Shift Details:
This role follows a 4x10 schedule. Please note your shift preference, if any, in the submission notes. We need one candidate for each shift below. Sunday-Wednesday, 9:00am-8:00pm (1-hour lunch) Wednesday-Saturday , 7:00am-6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Training Schedule:
The first 30 days will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm for onboarding and training. After training, candidates will transition to their assigned shift.

Contract - 6 Months Job Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and manage all implementation, stand-up, and decommission activities. Coordinate, schedule, and manage all routine break-fix and maintenance tickets and activities. Monitor and report on technical progress; track project deliverables. Participate in data center capacity management planning. Actively attend and participate in daily DC Ops stand-up calls. Conduct daily preventative walkthroughs in each data center, keeping spaces clean and well organized. Receive, rack, stack, and install all equipment in data centers; troubleshoot hardware issues. Assist with racking, installation, and configuration of servers, network, storage, and other hardware assets. Respond efficiently to data center tasks through the ticketing system; document all tasks thoroughly. Provide vendor escort and support for hardware or other maintenance issues as required. Leverage global datacenter documentation and best practices; suggest process improvements; maintain documentation. Coordinate and assist with hardware maintenance activities. Handle equipment orders, returns, shipments, and inventory/asset management. Update asset allocation sheets and DCIM tool as needed for each data center. Design, install, and manage cabling inter- and intra-rack. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and upgrade hardware. Create rack elevation and cabling diagrams. Develop, document, and implement operational processes. Manage spare parts inventories at respective sites. Provide full end-to-end RMA support — from ticket creation, replacement, packing, and return shipping — for DGX, Supermicro, Quanta, Arista, and other vendors. Box, label, and transfer assets intra-DC and inter-DC; coordinate transfers to/from other warehouses. Provide 24x7 high-availability support during high-demand benchmarking periods. Deliver dedicated customer and general population data center support. Escort vendors and visitors; conduct data center tours as required. Collaborate with data center infrastructure and facilities teams to ensure an optimal operating environment. Actively participate in data center audits and surveys. Open, action, and resolve JIRA work tickets within targeted SLA timeframes. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience working in a data center or equivalent technology environment; 2-3 years in a customer service-oriented role. Self-driven with the ability to motivate and lead teams, promoting inclusiveness in small groups. Ability to communicate operational standards, explain data center critical infrastructure, and server operating systems effectively. Must be able to lift 70 pounds overhead with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Working knowledge of data center management and layout — power, cooling, and cabling. Working knowledge of networking and systems concepts: circuits, IP routing, consoles, and networking. Familiarity with Linux Ubuntu, CentOS; DGX OS and XenServer a plus. Knowledge of network switches (Arista), Ethernet connectivity, IP addressing, routing tables, VLANs, and network mapping; Mellanox InfiniBand a plus. Experience with Supermicro, Dell RP series (preferred), HPE servers, DGX servers (a plus), and Arista/Mellanox networking hardware. Experience with fiber optic cables — inspection, cleaning, and testing (preferred). Technical inventory management experience (preferred). Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a vehicle. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as required. Ability to travel locally and/or out of state as required. Adherence to all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field. 4+ years of experience in a 24x7 production data center supporting internal and external clients. Self-motivated, reliable, and highly accountable. Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Experience with JIRA, Netbox, and ServiceNow. Mellanox product expertise and experience with InfiniBand fabrics and networking. Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and 24x7 coverage when required.

$40.00 - $43.00 per hour
