Job Description
6+ years of work experience in Salesforce administration and/or analysis with a strong understanding of platform best practices. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow design and automation. Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and SOQL. Experience with data import/export and data management best practices. Understanding of how Salesforce integrates with external systems, e.g., external connected apps, API architecture, data mapping, and ability to support integration teams on the CRM side. Awareness of Salesforce AI features, Einstein, Agentforce, preferred. Previous analytic, developer, and/or project management experience is a plus.
