Job requirementsWe are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians with strong hands-on skills in server hardware, fiber handling, and rack & stack operations. The role is primarily physical and operational, supporting data center deployments and break/fix activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and replace CPUs, memory, drives, and disk caddiesPerform disk swaps, drive replacements, and basic hardware troubleshootingWork confidently with motherboards, PCIe slots, risers, and PCIe adaptersRack and stack servers, network, and storage equipmentExecute clean and structured cable management (copper and fiber)Handle single-mode and multi-mode fiber, including cleaning, routing, labeling, and patchingMaintain proper bend radius and data center best practicesFollow installation guides and remote instructions accuratelySupport break/fix and deployment activities as requiredRequired Experience & Skills3+ years hands-on experience in a data center environmentStrong server hardware experience (Dell, HPE, Supermicro, or similar)Proven experience with fiber cabling and patch panelsExcellent rack & stack and cable management disciplineAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic understanding of networking and system connectivity (support level)Education & CertificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred but not mandatoryRelevant hardware, data center, or cabling certifications are a plusGeneral RequirementsWillingness to travel to data center sites on short noticeFlexible to work nights and weekends when requiredMust be comfortable working in live data center environmentsStrong attention to detail and clear communication skillsAccess to or familiarity with standard data center tools and ESD practices
