DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • design, build, maintain, modify, schedule, and execute standard reports, ad-hoc reports, and recurring reports in sql, my sql, and power bi. Extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources and work with large unstructured and structured datasets to create solutions and provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize performance analytics to prepare reports and dashboards, including trend analysis, performance analysis, predictive forecasts, and text analytics.
  • Provide counsel, leadership, and direction to service receivers regarding the relevant, accurate, and efficient calculation of key metrics, reports, dashboards, analysis, and use of systems.
  • Improve, maintain, modify, and create detailed and accurate documentation on technical reporting processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and consultation to peers on reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to successfully prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguous situations to define precise requirements and priorities then drive actionable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to train and consult on designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of data sources, data extraction methods, how to use and apply data to business decisions, and what data is needed and means for business outcomes and decisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
