Job Description
Job Summary Republic Amusements is seeking a detail-oriented and highly self-directed Database & Reporting Administrator to join our operations team. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our business data, producing clear and timely reports for management, and ensuring that open action items across the organization are tracked and resolved. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and database platforms with an innate drive to stay on top of tasks — following through without needing reminders and proactively flagging issues before they become problems. Key Responsibilities Database Maintenance & Data Integrity Perform routine database maintenance — data entry, cleaning, duplication, record updates, and archiving Conduct periodic audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or inaccuracies across all data systems Coordinate with internal teams to gather, verify, and standardize data from multiple sources Maintain organized, well-documented data structures and naming conventions Reporting & Analysis Build, maintain, and distribute regular operational reports using Microsoft Excel and/or reporting tools Develop pivot tables, summary dashboards, and trend analyses to support management decision-making Translate raw data into clear, concise formats accessible to non-technical stakeholders Identify data anomalies and surface findings to appropriate team members in a timely manner Task & Follow-Up Management Track open action items across departments; follow up independently to ensure timely completion Escalate overdue or at-risk items to management with appropriate context and suggested resolution Maintain running logs of outstanding issues, vendor communications, and compliance-related records Required Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting Hands-on experience maintaining databases Ability to build and maintain standard reports and dashboards from raw data Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong organizational skills — manages multiple priorities and deadlines independently Proactive follow-through: tracks open items and resolves them without needing prompting Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools Experience querying databases (e.g., Access, MySQL Server, or CRM Platforms) Familiarity with task or project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc.) Background in operations, vending, amusements, or a similar multi-location service environment
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
