Job Description:
Jr. Salesforce Administrator (San Francisco, CA) LHH is teaming up with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in San Francisco, CA in search of an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing administration, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce platforms and related systems. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative and purpose-driven organization focused on leveraging data, systems, and technology to support large-scale initiatives. The Associate Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, improving user experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure systems are running efficiently, supporting both daily operations and long-term initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and genuinely enjoys problem solving. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities while supporting internal stakeholders. A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will set this person up for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of multiple Salesforce instances, including user support and system maintenance Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls Support data management processes including imports, exports, deduplication, and data integrity maintenance Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights Assist with Salesforce automation using Flows and other tools Support marketing automation and campaign-related processes within the platform Troubleshoot and resolve system issues through a ticketing system, providing clear and timely solutions Create and maintain technical documentation and system processes
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (required) At least 1 year of experience supporting marketing automation tools within Salesforce (required) Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality and configuration (required) Experience with Pardot is required Experience with help desk or ticketing systems (required) Experience with project management tools (required) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization (required) Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) Experience with integrations, reporting tools, or nonprofit systems (preferred)

Pay Rate:
$28-30/hour depending on experience and location (candidates who sit in the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
