Job Description

Straight Down is a leading lifestyle and golf apparel brand known for our quality, innovation, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We're growing fast and looking for a proactive, solution-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our team and help drive operational efficiency across departments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with excellent communication skills, flexibility in handling diverse business needs, and a proven ability to resolve technical and functional challenges quickly. This role is critical in supporting our internal teams by maintaining and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system—with a strong emphasis on inventory management, API integrations, and project management.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator of the NetSuite ERP platform, including configuration, customization, and support. Collaborate across departments to identify process improvements and implement NetSuite solutions. Maintain and optimize inventory modules and workflows to support operations, warehousing, and fulfillment. Manage and troubleshoot API integrations with third-party systems (e.g., eCommerce, logistics, CRM). Create dashboards, reports, saved searches, and scripts to enhance business insights. Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user access. Lead and participate in testing and implementation of system updates and new features. Provide user training and support to ensure consistent adoption and system efficiency. Lead or support cross-functional NetSuite-related projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements:
3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a retail or inventory-focused environment. Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices. Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and third-party API integrations. Experience managing or contributing to ERP-related projects, with an understanding of timelines and deliverables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification. Project management training or tools experience (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello). Experience in the apparel, retail, or eCommerce industry. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Warehouse Management, and B2B Platforms.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
