Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Administrator Houston, TX | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) Full?

Time, Permanent We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Administrator to own and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM in a fast?paced, hands?on environment. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role at the intersection of HR and IT, ideal for someone who enjoys problem?solving, rapid execution, and real system ownership. Responsibilities Serve as the lead administrator for Oracle Fusion HCM Manage configuration, access, enhancements, and ongoing optimization Partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes in a hands?on manner Support innovation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion AI capabilities Qualifications Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM strongly preferred (Workday experience also considered) Strong aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn Comfortable working independently in a low?bureaucracy environment Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority Industry experience is not required, though exposure to operational or dynamic environments is a plus.
