Openings Interview:
Mandatory Position Overview Clients, Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE), is seeking experienced PeopleSoft Financials professionals to support the State of Oklahoma's ongoing PeopleSoft modernization initiatives. The selected candidates will serve as core team members supporting project implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, production support, and statewide financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and PeopleTools technologies, with the ability to support multiple agencies while maintaining statewide accounting standards and configurations. Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Technical Support Provide production support for PeopleSoft Financials modules. Support statewide PeopleSoft Financials implementations and modernization projects. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, Oracle Support, and agency stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
PeopleSoft Development Develop and maintain:
Application Engine Programs PeopleCode Component Interfaces SQR Programs BI Publisher Reports SQL Scripts and Queries Support enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades. Project & Implementation Support Participate in implementation and enhancement projects. Conduct fit-gap analysis and workflow design. Document agency requirements and statewide business processes. Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Prepare project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation. Testing & Documentation Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts. Support Financials PUM upgrade testing. Maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) scripts. Document test results and configuration changes. Create training guides, SOPs, manuals, and job aids. Required PeopleSoft Functional Expertise Strong experience supporting the following PeopleSoft Financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP) Travel & Expense (T&E) General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Grants Contracts Project Costing Commitment Control Treasury Asset Management Required Technical Skills PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 PUM Image 53 PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interfaces SQR BI Publisher SQL Developer Oracle Database PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Required Qualifications Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environments. Strong understanding of enterprise financial business processes. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and production support. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders. Experience creating technical and functional documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications State Government experience. State of Oklahoma experience. Experience with the latest PeopleSoft PUM Images. Experience supporting statewide or large-scale ERP implementations. Knowledge of government accounting policies and procedures.
