Duration:
12+ Months Contract Position Overview Hired PeopleSoft Financials Developer/Analysts will serve as FCoE Core Team members supporting the client s accelerated PeopleSoft Phase II implementation across multiple state agencies. Selected candidates will take both support and lead roles across project implementations, PUM (Peoplesoft Update Manager) upgrades, functional configuration, and production support - ensuring statewide system integrity while enabling individual agency success. Key Responsibilities Serve as an FCoE Core Team member; take lead or support roles across multiple concurrent agency implementations.
Provide functional and technical production support across all PeopleSoft Financials modules.
Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, Oracle, CAR, and other OMES stakeholders. Protect statewide PeopleSoft configuration and adhere to statewide accounting procedures throughout all project activities. Identify, document, and communicate project risks and obstacles to FCoE, IS, CAR, and OMES leadership. Design and document agency-level workflow requirements (Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense modules). Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) scripts for regression and PUM upgrade testing. Assist with testing patches, fixes, and Financials PUM Upgrade testing cycles. Develop and update training materials, user manuals, job aids, SOPs, fit/gap documents, and configuration guides. Communicate effectively with agency personnel, functional users, and technical staff at all levels.

PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 (PUM 53) Grants Project Costing Contracts Accounts Receivable Billing Accounts Payable Travel & Expense Treasury General Ledger Commitment Control Asset Management Required Technical Skills Candidates must be proficient in the following PeopleSoft technical tools and technologies: PeopleCode PeopleTools Application Engine Component Interfaces SQR SQL Developer BI Publisher Additional Requirements Thorough understanding of State of Oklahoma accounting procedures, policies, and standards. Ability to work individually or with a System Integrator to design workflows meeting both agency and statewide requirements. Experience preparing project plans, fit/gap documents, and development requests per state guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with agency and technical users. Ability to produce and deliver weekly status reports. Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials production environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft experience Public Sector or Government ERP implementation experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) maintenance and scripting. Experience working on active PeopleSoft PUM Image environments is highly desirable.
